Blakelock Records is a newly established Recording Studio and Record Label. We are therefore, keen
to eager to find talented NZ artists to join us under our Label and be part the foundation that makes us stand out as a competitive
and top grade record label within the NZ Music Industry. So here's a bit of information on what you can expect

If you think you or your group/band has what it takes
to become one of NZ's Music Artists, then now is the time to call us. We are looking for FIVE artists before 1st April
2008. Send us your Demo with your contact details and we will get back to you or call us for an audition or to
discuss your music talents. If you are a singer and don't have a band or backing tracks, don't let this stand in your
way, or if you create your own music but don't have the artists to do the vocals, give us a call. We are open-minded
and will give everyone a shot.
If you are an artist (or group/band) who already performs live gigs
or have already made an album, and want to make it on your "own two feet" we take our hats off to you and encourage all musicians
to follow their dreams. Getting there on your own is a big and honourable achievement. There are still ways in
which Blakelock Records can help you out - check out our New Zealand Artists, Bands and Gigs page. Here you can register with us, send us your/your band details and we will publish your info to our website.
You will also be able to advertise your gigs through our website.
We do this in order to help bring NZ music to life and in carrying out promises to
always strive to help other musicians and Artists. Having come from a family of musicians, we understand the struggle
it can be at times to get your music heard. This is our way of giving back to our community. We are also
here to assist and guide, so for any advice, please feel free to contact us. Our motto is "To Know Music And Make It
Known" so lets make it known!!!
